Domestic Shipping:

We are pleased to offer shipping anywhere in India. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days.

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to factors like:

  4. Government raids or mishaps during transit.

International Shipping:

Replacement/Exchange:

We take great care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, if an item is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item is delivered, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, and a 360- degree video is required to facilitate the claim process. We kindly ask that customers send the item back using a local courier service, as we are unable to offer pick-up services.

Returns:

We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product. In this case, we are here to support you in every way possible.
