✔ Ensure all products are clearly visible in the video.

✔ The unboxing video will be required to claim any missing or damaged products.

2. Reporting Time Limit

✔ Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of parcel delivery, along with the unboxing video.

3. Replacement Policy
